We are already starting to prepare for the 2013 AIBs in November 2013.
Every year we refresh the awards categories to reflect special occasions (such as London 2012 last year) and the constantly evolving world of broadcasting. Last year, for example, we introduced a category for “Best short documentary or report” which reflects not just increasing output by traditional broadcasters but the new forms of online and mobile broadcasting by new media players and by traditional media enlarging their channels.
If you have ideas for new categories for this year, please let us know. We would be delighted to consider your suggestions .
Now is also a great time to consider sponsorship of the AIBs.
