Mark is the CEO of the ON-AIR Systems (OASYS) group. He has a career spanning over 20 years in the information technology, telecoms and broadcasting industries. He has been involved in companies from start up to stock exchange listed corporations.
After qualifying as an accountant in 1989, Mark has held several roles at Cable and Wireless, created a private telecoms investment portfolio, and successfully built, develop and sold a 3i backed Teleconferencing company. At Global Crossing he was the head of the Global Managed Services operation with profit and loss and operational responsibility for a £300 million turnover business unit, that serviced the telephony and data requirements of the UK Government and many high profile and multi-national companies including the UK National Lottery operator. Following the parent company administration Mark helped to successfully re-organise the company before moving on to new challenges.
Mark consulted for a number of new media companies before joining OASYS full time in 2005 to lead the re-structuring and development of the business.
Living in Hertfordshire, Mark is a keen sportsman who plays and watches sports whenever business needs allow.
