The judges for the 2011 AIBs will soon be setting to work to review the hundreds of entries from all over the world and to choose the winners in 15 categories that cover the whole range of factual international TV and radio broadcasting – from single news events to best creative features, as well as personality of the year, enabling technology and supporting marketing.

We are proud to have a distinguished panel of 41 media experts and they are drawn from all over the world, with 23 countries represented: from Algeria, Kenya and South Africa in Africa; from Brazil, Canada and USA in America; from P.R China, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore and Turkey in Asia; from Australia; from Czech Republic, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Russia and the UK in Europe; and from Iran, Qatar and UAE in the Middle East.

The winners they select, together with the winner of the People’s Choice award which is the one category decided by online voting of the general public, will be announced at the AIBs gala awards ceremony in London on Wednesday 9th November
