I have experience in communication at national and international level and knowledge of all aspects of communication (methodology, strategy, psychology, technology and policies). I was part of strategic communication and communciation crisis cell. I worked in multicultural environment. I contribute to international press and I have a network of experts and press media. I attended,reported and covered international events in over 25 countries. I have experience in lecturing audio visual medias, I produced with Algerian TV and other International satellites TV news programs,  current affairs, features, reportages and documentaries.I know all aspects of sound, video and data process production and editing. Also, introduction of digital technology in the audio visual field. I learned on visual and image studies. Having obtained my 1st Degree (Licence) in Social Sciences Algiers, MPHIL Degree Media & Social Research Methods fromUK89 and

Diploma in Arts, Sciences & Technology of Broadcasting I.A.B MontreuxSwitzerland1995. I have been working as Journalist, Reporter and Newscaster in the Algerian Broadcasting since 1982 then promoted to Specialised Chief Editor. Freelance in El Watan, Horizons,La Tribunenewspapers. In parallel, Consultant National Institute of Global Strategic StudiesAlgiers. For two years (1994-96) Correspondent El Watan at UN Office Geneva & Journalist InfoSud Swiss News Agency. Since 1996, Associate Professor Faculty of Politics and Information Sciences Algiers University, Chief Dept Algerian Broadcasting, Producer for TV News Algerian Broadcasting and Correspondent Radio World Magazine USA. I have skills on  Word Processing, Data Collecting and Analysis & Interpretation, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Reader programs. Familiar with Internet and ICT Literature. I am Fluent in Arabic, French and English. Also, I was elected 1998 to 2004 Member of European Broadcasting Union Steering Committee

Since 2008, Assistant to DG, in charge of synthesis and analysis.

As I visited over 20 countries and have contacts with people from all over the world. I know how to deal and cope with people considering their culture and traditions. Also about UN system I worked as correspondent at UN Geneva office, I have learned about commissions functioning and rules, besides covering major UN events, MDG, Climate change, Security.
