Al is Head of Content and Programming at The Independent, leading a team of producers and journalists who create news, documentary, lifestyle, and culture videos for a global audience.

Previously, he was VP of Content Strategy at Future Studios, leading all video operations across 100+ consumer brands. Before this, he spent nearly a decade helping to build and run Vice Media’s UK video operations across Digital, Television, Film and Commercial.
