With just five years in the news industry, Eurishka Nadesan has climbed from intern to an internationally award winning journalist. The eNews Channel Africa, eNCA, producer has also been nominated for local awards in South Africa for her contribution in the hit current affairs show, Against All Odds with Mpho Lakaje. The show profiles ordinary South Africans going beyond their limitations to achieve greatness. With knowledge in editing and journalism, Nadesan helped conceptualize the show making it into the success it is today. With barely a year on air, the show scooped the Best Short Documentary at the International Broadcasting Awards in 2012. Nadesan currently unearths stories in Asia, broadening her international portfolio.
