Amanda Pike

Amanda Pike is the director of the TV and documentary department at The Center for Investigative Reporting. She is an Emmy, Peabody and duPont Award-winning journalist and filmmaker. She recently produced the Netflix original documentary Victim/Suspect which premiered at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival, and The Grab, which premiered opening night of the 2022 Toronto International Film Festival. She executive produced the Oscar-nominated short documentary Heroin(e) for Netflix. Before joining CIR, she spent several years reporting and producing documentaries around the world for PBS, CBS, ABC, National Geographic, A&E, Lifetime and The Learning Channel, among others.
