Amitabh Srivastava is a dynamic and accomplished branding expert with over 35 years of rich experience in Strategic Marketing, Broadcasting, and Media Management. He began his career with the iconic Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi, and went on to hold senior leadership roles at prestigious media organisations such as Times TV, MTV Asia, BBC Worldwide, TV Today, and Walt Disney. Notably, he played a pivotal role in building the AajTak brand, which remains a leader in Indian news broadcasting.
With a deep understanding of audience behaviour, network development, and brand communication, Amitabh has helped broadcasters expand their footprint across India and South Asia. His five-year tenure with Radio Netherlands Worldwide marked a successful leap into new media strategy and regional content outreach. His influence spans both Indian and international corporate ecosystems.
Currently, Amitabh heads I Media International, offering expert solutions in branding, marketing, and channel distribution. He also serves as a Governing Council Member of the Foreign Correspondents Club of South Asia. Passionate about education and upskilling, he delivers transformative Learning & Development workshops at institutions like IITs, IIMs, Jamia Millia Islamia, Pune and Delhi University.
