David Prest is the Founder and Managing Director of Whistledown, which has been producing podcasts and radio programmes for over twenty years. One of the original UK based “radio indies”, Whistledown has won numerous international awards, most recently at the 2024 British Podcast Awards for Press Play Turn On, The 2024 Radio Times Impact Award for The Great Post Office Trial and a New York Radio Festival Award for The Black 14.
