Diana Magnay is an international correspondent for Sky News. She was Sky’s Moscow correspondent from 2018 to 2024, reporting on the build up to war and Russia’s invasion of Ukraine alongside increasing repression within Russia itself. She has covered the conflict in Ukraine from the early days on the Maidan through to Donald Trump’s latest efforts to secure peace.

Prior to Sky News she spent a couple of years with Channel 4 News in their foreign unit and 15 years with CNN as a producer, then international correspondent, based in Berlin and Johannesburg. She now lives in London and travels to wherever the story takes her.
