Paulo Markun is a brazilian journalist, writer and documentarist. For ten years he was anchor and director of Roda Viva, the oldest interview program on Brazilian television, produced and broadcasted by TV Cultura, a public broadcaster maintained by the Fundação Padre Anchieta. From 2007 to 2010 was chief executive of the Padre Anchieta Foundation. Voted the best TV presenter in 1986, the São Paulo Association of Art Critics for her performance in TV daily news show, which innovated the way to do journalism on Brazilian television. Voted the best executive communications Communicate the prize in 2008.

Paul Markun served as reporter, editor, columnist, chief reporter and managing editor at large means of communication media: DCI, O Estado de S. Paulo, Folha de S. Paulo, O Globo, Jornal da República, Opinião, Jornal da Tarde. He also created two magazines and two newspapers. He chaired the Union of the Audiovisual Industry in Santa Catarina and participated several times in political campaigns as a marketing professional.Today he runs the Revanche Productions, preparing a book on the history of dictatorship and a series of TV programs.
