My story is the story of many children of Pacific immigrants to Aotearoa, born with a desire to honour my parents’ sacrifices and succeed. But my story is just one drop in an ocean of Pacific stories, and my career has been dedicated to sharing those stories and helping them receive the attention they deserve.

I have been in broadcasting for over 30 years.  Nearly seven years ago I became the manager of RNZ Pacific, which has allowed me to further advance Pacific stories and give a voice to the issues and events that are unfolding in our vast and complex part of the World.
