Reshma Ghosh is an award-winning filmmaker and founder of Blue Petal Films, a boutique production house based in India. As a writer, director, and producer her career spans over two decades of creating content for broadcasters like the BBC, CNN, Star Plus, Sony Television, AXN, National Geographic and Channel NewsAsia. 
She has an extensive repertoire of work that includes travel, lifestyle, fashion, branded content, brand films and all genres of documentaries.
Films produced by her company, Blue Petal Films, have won international recognition in several prestigious film festivals around the world, including the New York Festivals TV & Film Awards, Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards, World Media Festival, ContentAsia Awards and Association for International Broadcasting (AIB) Awards.
With her passion for humane storytelling, she explores stories from around the world. Her recent works include deep dives into the terrifying world of AI cyber scams, the epidemic of unnecessary C-sections in India, the illegal sea-cucumber trade stripping the oceans, and an exploration of the world’s remotest volcanoes. 

She served on the Grand Jury of the New York Festivals TV & Film Awards and The Jackson Wild Media Awards in 2025.
