She is currently the Group Managing Director/CEO at TVC Communications, a multi-platform broadcast & media organisation headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, with a combined audience of over 27 million daily listeners and viewers across its various platforms. TVC Communications are the owners of TVC News, TVC Entertainment, Max FM Lagos, Max FM Abuja, Yanga FM & Adaba FM.

She has a demonstrable track record of delivering growth, building strategic relationships, change leadership, alongside a robust market knowledge of the media landscape in Nigeria. Before switching to the media side of business, as a chartered accountant, Victoria worked in a corporate finance setting. Her extensive finance background provides her with strong commercial acumen and the ability to spot, articulate and exploit new revenue streams and business models. She is the author of the timeless leadership book –The Precision-Led Woman – _a definitive guide to landing leadership positions.
