2019 marks the 15th year of the AIBs, the foremost international awards contest for factual productions. One key reason for this is that we have an independent, international jury. Each year this jury brings together programme producers, editors, journalists and broadcasting executives to evaluate the remarkable work that the AIBs attract.

Sponsor of the science, technology, nature award 2019
Last year, Radio Taiwan International, known as RTI, started to work together with AIB and produced a very successful international conference on “Achieving Sustainability in Asia-Pacific” and jointly set up the first Asia-Pacific Sustainability Awards that were presented in Taipei. Understanding and acting upon the science of sustainability is very close to the heart of RTI. So this year, here in London, we are proud to support “the Science, Technology and Nature” award. I would like to express my appreciation to the AIB for the work they do in promoting science, technology, nature and sustainability.
As a member of the global village, Taiwan show’s its support for regional cooperation by actively taking part in international organizations such as the AIB. At this AIBs annual event, RTI would like to call on the AIB and all attending guests to work hand in hand to make our homes safer and more sustainable.
